The branch office in Germany serves well-known major customers in automotive electronics throughout Europe. To expand our business activities and to support our logistics department, we are looking for a Customer Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Acceptance and creation of customer orders in SAP
  • Creation of order confirmations
  • Invoice and credit note creation in SAP
  • Fetching delivery schedules from customer portals SupplyOn if necessary customer specific portals and formatting in MS Office format (Excel upload lists).
  • Maintaining customer forecast in Excel
  • Correspondence with customers and employees (communication in English and German)
  • Support for international and national customers
  • Creation, review and updating of delivery schedules
  • Demand calculation for consignment deliveries in SAP from customer data (received from customer portals or pdf-files)
  • Creation of picking lists and triggering of order deliveries
  • Review of open delivery dates and reminders for exceeded production deadlines
  • Material availability check and material request
  • Vacation and sickness replacement of colleagues
  • Excel and SAP knowledge and confident English is a prerequisite.
