The branch office in Germany serves well-known major customers in automotive electronics throughout Europe. For the expansion of further business activity and to support our sales in the automotive sector, we are looking for an Assistant Sales Office (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Management and dispatch of sample shipments to our customers
  • Input, track, and update all customer requests for sample shipments
  • Select best shipping method and ship to customers
  • Coordinate sample shipments between customer and our logistics department
  • Processing the inbox of the info e-mail address
  • Other tasks according to sales manager
