  • 1966

    Foundation of IRISO Electronics Co., Ltd. in Shimonumabe, Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa.

  • 1973-1975

    Start of production with the first two series products.

  • 1977

    Development and start of production of additional products and relocation of headquarters and factory to Takatsu-ku, Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa.

  • 1983

    Name changed from IRS Precision Co., Ltd. to Ibaraki IRISO Electronics Co., Ltd. and headquarters moved from Nakahara-ku, Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa to Omiya-machi, Naka-gun, Ibaraki (now Ibaraki Plant) at the same time.

  • 1978 - 1996

    Establishment of several companies and opening of several sales offices and further development of the company. More and more products and connectors are going into production.

  • 1996

    Opening of the European Sales Office Germany Liaison Branch in Germany; obtaining ISO 9001 certification.

  • 1997 - 2005

    More and more companies, enterprises and sales offices are founded and opened. IRISO continues to expand. Obtain additional certifications and further develop standards.

  • 2000

    Foundation of Iriso Electronics Europe GmbH with headquarters in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

  • 2006 - today

    Constant development and expansion of the company. IRISO is now the world leader in the production of BtoB Floating.
