Communicate trends to GKAM<\/li>\n<li>Disseminate information to the field ensuring all product knowledge, initiatives and trends are up-to-date<\/li>\n<li>Develop and nurture strong customer contacts and positive, proactive relationships with representatives ensuring open streams of communication<\/li>\n<li>Other projects related to Sales and Marketing as assigned by the Manager<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date on IRISO\u2019s product offerings and trends<\/li>\n<li>Define customer needs\/wants\/expectations and ensure customer requirements are communicated throughout the organization<\/li>\n<li>Understand competitive environment to effectively evaluate sales price and purchase price data<\/li>\n<li>Support the execution of sales strategy (both long and short-term) to meet IRISO Sales objectives<\/li>\n<li>Serve as central point of contact for commercial and strategic issues with customer (Buyer, program team, Finance, other)<\/li>\n<li>Support technical and commercial review of quote packages, kick-off meetings and prepare quote responses<\/li>\n<li>Identify new business opportunities with GKAM as
