Moreover, this position is responsible for handling all tasks related to quality topics and supporting the transposition of customer specific requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Job duties include investigating and responding to customer quality issues, arranging claim sample shipments to IRISO plants, handling PPAP and other Quality related requests, managing warehouse activities with regards to defective for:<\/li>\n<li>due dates for sample shipments, PPAP data and other information<\/li>\n<li>Issuing of sample requests<\/li>\n<li>Cover for Head of Quality and other Quality colleagues during holiday and sickness<\/li>\n<li>Make decisions related to costs occurred due to quality claims<\/li>\n<li>Make decisions about necessary actions due to quality issues like sorting, blocking or returning of
